List Management

Bounce Management
Dealing with undeliverable messages can be the bane of a list owner's
existence. You'll find that our software can save you valuable time in dealing
with bounced messages.

You can choose to turn notification on or off
for all bounced messages. |

Our server removes about 90% of bounces after
3 undeliverable attempts (hard bounces). |

You'll avoid having subscriber send list
server requests to the list with our software. All such requests will be
returned to subscribers with appropriate instructions. |
Other Interesting Things

Your data is secure; you can restrict your
subscriber list from being viewed by anyone (this is the default
configuration for new list set-ups). |

If you know computers, you'll know that things
can go wrong. We offer you added protection by doing daily back-ups of all
data and we rotate back-ups regularly. |

We use two outsourced data centers, located in
different parts of the U.S. Both data centers are on multiple backbones.
This has meant a greater than 99.999% uptime over the 3 years we have been
offering list hosting service. |
